Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the SMW Academy Unbound Warrior Membership! By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Access and Membership

You have the option to purchase access to the SMW Academy Unbound Warrior Membership through one of three plans:

  • Month-to-Month Membership Plan ($9): Includes limited basic access to members-only content with all future additions or updates to the platform.
  • 1-Year Membership Plan ($49): Includes lpremium access to members-only content with all future additions or updates to the platform.
  • Lifetime Access Plan ($99): Includes premium lifetime access to members-only content with all future additions or updates to the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, redistribute, or resell any of the content (videos, PDF printables, etc.) in the library.
  • Streaming Only: Videos are available for streaming only; downloading is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Security: Your login information is private and should not be shared. Any unauthorized sharing of login credentials or content will result in the termination of your account.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, workouts, and printables, is the intellectual property of Coach Victoria Islas (Steel Mace Warrior / Steel Mace Warrior Academy). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal purposes only. No content may be used for commercial purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the SMW Academy Unbound Warrior Membership , all sales are final. There are no refunds for month-to-month membership,  1-Year Membership or Lifetime Access plans, as the product cannot be returned once accessed.

5. Waiver of Liability

By using this platform, you acknowledge that fitness training can carry risks of injury. You agree that:

  • You have been cleared by a physician to engage in physical activity.
  • Coach Victoria Islas (Steel Mace Warrior/ Steek Mace Warrior Academy) is not responsible for any injuries or damages arising from the use of the content.
  • You assume all responsibility for your fitness journey and participation.

6. Termination of Access

Access to the SMW Academy Unbound Warrior Membership may be terminated immediately for any violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing login information.
  • Redistributing or reselling content.
  • Engaging in any form of content piracy.

7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the following resolution methods will apply:

  • Mediation: Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a neutral third-party mediator. This process is non-binding unless both parties reach an agreement.
  • Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar arbitration organization.
  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona, USA.
